Terms of Service
Welcome to Mystic Mirror Tarot. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website, tarot readings, free trials, purchase features, Secret Keys, APIs, and related services.
1. Nature of Service
Our tarot readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for entertainment, reflection, reference, and inspiration only. Tarot readings cannot predict a definite future and should not be treated as factual, professional, or emergency guidance.
2. Professional Disclaimer
Our content does not replace professional legal, medical, financial, psychological, or safety advice. If you face serious decisions, urgent risks, health concerns, or financial or legal matters, consult qualified professionals.
3. Eligibility and Responsibility
This service is primarily intended for adult users. Minors may use it only with guardian supervision. You are responsible for how you use the service, the questions you submit, and any actions you take after receiving a reading.
4. Secret Keys, Purchases, and Refunds
Secret Keys grant the reading quota shown at purchase. Keep your Secret Key private. We may revoke or suspend a Secret Key if it is shared publicly, resold, obtained through fraud, abused, or used in violation of these terms. Unless required by applicable law, Secret Keys are non-refundable once purchased. If you have questions, we recommend trying the free trial first.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, or use it for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive purposes. You must not submit content that violates others' rights, attempts to harass or exploit others, or is intended to bypass safety, payment, quota, or access controls.
6. Prohibited Security Abuse
You must not attempt unauthorized access, credential stuffing, token or Secret Key theft, scraping at abusive volume, vulnerability exploitation, reverse engineering of protected systems, payment fraud, automated account or quota abuse, denial-of-service activity, malware delivery, data exfiltration, or any action that disrupts, degrades, probes, or compromises our systems, users, vendors, or infrastructure.
7. Security Research and Vulnerability Reports
Good-faith reports are welcome at [email protected]. Security testing is not authorized unless we have given written permission in advance. Do not access, modify, destroy, or disclose user data; do not degrade service; do not attempt persistence; and do not use social engineering or physical attacks.
8. Enforcement and Protection of Rights
If we believe the service is being attacked, abused, accessed without authorization, or used in violation of these terms, we may block traffic, rate limit requests, suspend or revoke Secret Keys, preserve logs and technical evidence, investigate the activity, notify hosting, payment, security, or infrastructure providers, report the matter to law enforcement or regulators, and seek injunctive relief, damages, recovery of investigation and remediation costs, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
9. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, including for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, vendor outages, legal compliance, or product changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. You remain responsible for your own choices and actions.
